This page is intended to provide you with tips and help to guide you until you become familiar with the site. At the bottom of the page is a listing of specific help topics and a user manual to assist you.

The left hand menu directs you to major content areas and the two menus on the right provide links to site utilitites and an area with items of interest. When you enter a specific content area be sure to check the right hand side for documents that can be downloaded to your hard drive.  This is especially true in the Publications area where you can find archive issues of both the Compass Bulletin eNewsletter and the Compass print newsletter.

The ADAA Resource Directory is now an interactive listing of substance abuse treatment program locations. A search of treatment program options can be generated by searching with choices from multiple drop down menus such as program name, county, zip code, treatment level of care, or special population just to name a few.

A new feature for the ADAA web site is the addition of a reserved area for members.  This area has been created for the certified treatment programs and ADAA major stakeholders to log into the ADAA web site and have the opportunity to share information with each other.

By clicking on calendars in the Site Utilities box, you will find a calendar for our Office of Education and Training for Addiction Services (OETAS) and a calendar for the ADAA general events.
