The Quality Assurance Division (QAD) provides ADAA the opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of the network of services it funds. With data collected from the substance abuse service programs, ADAA uses goals, objectives and performance measures to plan for system enhancements, expansion, regulatory actions, and legislative initiatives. The division oversees the Compliance Office, the Tobacco Compliance Office, and the Legislation and Regulations Services Office. |
