County Coordinators and HG §8-505 Evaluators | Maryland Strategic Prevention Framework (MSPF)  |

The Statewide Services Division consists of:

  • Justices Services Office - develops and coordinates the Administration’s Health General 8-505-8-507services/activities; collaborates with  and provides technical assistance to Local Health Departments, Judiciary, Attorneys , Consumers, Treatment Providers and Public Safety and Correctional officials.
  • Women and Women with Children Services Office - develops and coordinates the Administration’s efforts to provide evidence- based programming for Women and their families; provides technical assistance and training to Local Health Departments and Treatment Providers. This Office collaborates with local and state agencies /organizations to provide comprehensive services for women statewide.
  • Prevention Office - is responsible for developing and   implementing the Administration’s wellness and prevention initiatives statewide; coordinates and serves as the primary point of contact for the Maryland Strategic Prevention Framework and University /College ATOD Center Initiatives. Provides training/technical assistance to the County Prevention Coordinator Network, treatment providers, local health department personnel, community and agency representatives.
  • Special Projects - serves as the Administration’s primary liaison for the coordination and monitoring of special contracts/memorandum of understanding, etc. for the provision of specific behavioral health services/activities.
